We came here to see the beautiful leaves, but this brand new cottage offered another delight. We enjoyed the tranquil surrounds as well as the full functionality inside. Watching sunset in the horizon is as well matched to seeing the pale moon rising above the dark treelines. It is an absolutely delightful stay. Love to come back again. Perhaps we will see seedlings of the native plants grow into wonderful colours.

We have some kind friends who stayed with our 4 young children for the night (including 2 year old twins!) while we had a lovely relaxing night in this beautiful spot. So comfy, clean, nicely appointed…everything just perfect for us. Thank you!

For the first time in 13 years we left our four kids at home with my mum to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and truly I’ve felt spoilt. From day one, walking through those doors and seeing your homemade bread on the counter and everything else provided. I can really feel that you have put your whole heart into this place. You have really made me feel welcome and you need the biggest pat on the back. I love this part of our country. So a big thankyou, from both of us.

Tranquility and peace is what we were expecting and that’s exactly what we got! Thank you Gwen for your kind hospitality. Your attention to detail and decorating touches made our stay all that more enjoyable. See you again soon!
Paul & Tracey, Northern NSW (June 2013)

Grace Cottage is an aptly named tribute to you Gwen.  Everything has been taken care of so beautifully, everything needed is here, and more.  Thanks for the great experience!  (The Eastern Rosellas nesting in the front tree were a great bonus too!)’ Graham and Kensie

A delightful stayover!  Such a well designed “home” situated in beautiful views.  Loved the special touches such as teapot/leaves, freshly baked bread and gorgeous towels.  Congratulations on your hard work in making this cottage available to visitors of your land.  Your high standards are appreciated – thank you.  Good luck with No. 2 too!’  Pamela and Chris (October 2013)

‘Great Place.  So welcoming.  Special touches and that bread – gorgeous.  A pity we could only stay one night.  Thank you Gwen.  Good luck with the development of No. 2.’  Paul and Mark, Sydney (October 2013).

‘Just sometimes, we should remind ourselves to escape the hurley-burley and forced dazzle of the bright lights:  here at Grace Cottages one can experience peace, the still, clean air – and the most profound of ordinary human feelings such as we had as children.  Fancy being warmed by a real wood fire!  Then there are those special feminine touches…we know they’re yours, Gwen, so take a bow.  Our fifth stay in this Shangri-La; this time we are eloping!’ Uki NSW  (September 2014)
